Don’t miss the free webinar on bsAb research on Oct. 14! Creative Biolabs announces the new live webinar, inviting Dr. Archana Thakur and Dr. Luca Varani to share the latest research on how bsAbs can better kill tumors and neutralize wild-type SARS-CoV-2 variants.

New York, USA – October 11, 2021 – In order to overcome the limitations of therapeutic antibodies and enhance their efficacy, various engineering and modification approaches have been devised and applied to the conventional immunoglobulin molecular format. Arguably one of the most prominent of these approaches is the bispecific antibody (bsAb).

By July 2021, 3 bsAbs have been licensed for commercial use by the FDA, and there are approximately 150 bsAb programs in clinical trials. They are gaining traction in a range of therapeutic fields depending on the target mechanism, with oncology and inflammation being the most developed.

To further promote the research on bsAbs, Creative Biolabs has invited 2 brilliant scientists, Dr. Archana Thakur from University of Virginia and Dr. Luca Varani from Università della Svizzera italiana, to share their latest research on bsAbs, hoping to discuss more about the current challenges, potential solutions, and future directions of bsAb development.
